Nephalem,
We have deployed v1.1.2. This update is based on the delta between the previous FULL branch and the new FULL PLUS branch, with focus on live-world activity and communication tools for large sessions.
What is new vs v1.1.1
- Global Announcements: new announcement service and announce command support for real-time server-wide broadcast messages.
- Events Players System: simulated population framework with dedicated manager/brain and admin command controls for testing world density and social presence.
- City Invasions: new invasion event system hooks to schedule and run city pressure events with coordinated world-state behavior.
- Drop lifecycle hardening: additional despawn handling and cleanup paths to reduce stale ground-entity accumulation in long-running sessions.
Command Layer Additions
- AnnounceCommand added for staff messaging workflows.
- Command manager and config wiring updated so these tools integrate with existing admin pipelines.
World/Gameplay Support Changes
- Further stabilization in actor/object attribute synchronization under high activity.
- Additional safety updates in item/inventory and world object flows for persistent sessions.
- Expanded server config surface to keep new systems tunable without code edits.
Why this matters for the community
- Better event visibility (announcements) during peak hours.
- More alive test realms (event players + invasion loops) while preserving core stability work from v1.1.1.
- Cleaner long-session behavior thanks to additional despawn and state cleanup improvements.
As always, please report any regression with map, activity, timestamp, and short reproduction steps so we can patch quickly.
