"Error connecting to Battle.net"

Hey, I've downloaded the launcher and installed the whole thing by pointing it to my existing full install of Diablo 3 (installed via Bnet).
However, when I enter the game via Zethrone launcher and attempt logging in, I get a "There was an error connecting to Battle.net. If the issue persists, please visit our [Battle.net Connection Troubleshooting] page (Code 3)"
Is that because I used an existing install of D3? If so, where should I get the files from instead?

What version of the game do you have?
You need version V2.7.4.84161.
It's available at the download link.
You need to have the client installed. If you have any problems, download it here:
----> https://d3.zethrone.com/diablo3/downloads/bnetserver.p12 and the password is "123".
Before logging in for the first time, you need to log in here.
Your email and password will be the same as you use to play.

Ah, that explain it I think. My client version is 2.8.0. I'll download the game files from the website then.

Are there really no other sources for download? MegaNZ has very tight limits and Tera is just not working at all - I downloaded 4 files with some weird extension and I got no idea what to do with them.
