Due to a very high volume of verification and account recovery requests, part of our outbound email flow was temporarily flagged as spam by upstream providers.
The restriction has now been removed and delivery has returned to normal.
What we implemented
- Anti-abuse protection for mass verification, password reset, and password change requests.
- Rate limits by IP and account to stop automated request flooding.
- Throttling for duplicate and burst notification emails to protect mail reputation.
- Stronger security checks in sensitive forms (CSRF, honeypot, and Turnstile-ready validation).
These protections do not change normal account synchronization with the game server. They only block abusive request floods.
If you still do not receive your verification or reset email, please open a ticket in Support and include your account email and UTC time.
