Ensure the 'Realm Status' is online. If so, verify you are launching the game from our official Launcher and not Battle.net.

Q: I donated but haven't received my coins?

Donations are automatic but can take up to 15 minutes. If it takes longer, open a ticket with your transaction ID.

Q: Is it legal to play here?

Yes, it is an educational private server. However, you must own an original copy of the game to download client assets.

Q: I was banned, can I appeal?

Bans for using bots or hacks are permanent and unappealable. For other cases, contact via email.
